 A building is defined as a structure with a roof and walls, or a relatively permanent enclosed construction over a plot of land.

The buiing is located the city of Mecca, in the Hejazi region of Saudi Arabia and its just couple of meters away from the Great Mosque of Mecca.

The building is owned by Saudi Arabia's government which was part of King Abdulaziz Endowment Project initiative.

The Construction was started 2004 and was Completed in 2011 is reported to have a whooping cost of about US$15 billion
